so this guy have a 99.8% feedback, very good.
Thing is the tracking info states it was shipped on the 18th from USPS.
im out $18 with no winning product in hand. didnt buy insurance. what can paypal do if i file a claim? what can i do period.. i emailed the seller multiple times but they claim once its shipped, they arent responsible.
Any suggestions?

dude, it's been 48 hours ... unless it was an overnight package, you're not going to get it.

USPS is the united states postal service, it can take a week to mail something a block down the road, give it atleast a week or so, then start freakin out

 

I've had a 2 to 3 day Priority Mail package take 6 days to arrive.

I'd first contact the USPS. Tell them you got the "Delivered" message, but you have no box. Do you live in an apartment building? Do you have a pickup slip sitting in your mailbox?

Paypal won't do anything only because the seller did everything they were supposed to. The seller sold the item, shipped the package, and has proof of delivery.

 

wait do you live in chicago? if that means the pacakage was delivered to you house then someone probaly stole it.
