unless a miracle takes place, I think you're SOL.

1. Paypal can't refund money for an item that's been confirmed delivered.
2. The USPS will say they can't do anything if it wasn't insured.

well.. 2 days later after the tracking # confirmed it was delivered.. i got my stoopid package...
