I have never and will never be cut, I just dont get defined, my goal 8 months from now is a max of 350 on bench and to cut my weight down to 220.

well its not that you cant match up, its been a while since you have done any lifting. you should be happy that you can still bench 250 after 4 years of college drinking. . anyway you have a good starting point to make 300+ bench and cutting down 20 lbs.

Being able to bench more than your weight is an accomplishment in itself. Congrats!!!

You'll get back up there no prob.. work with a friend and have them push you. Forced reps are the most beneficial.

Go 2 reps past your confortable zone and you'll see gains every time.

That or your shoulder will blow out. :P

Bonzo was on vacation for 3-weeks in Arizona, he's back now. Just spoke to him last night.
