You should upgrade to 1.024GB of RAM, you'd notice a huge difference with a 3.0GHz processor.

Especially if you have a large hard drive, more RAM would make it load a lot quicker. I assume it was a pre-built computer, most manufacturers jip you with RAM.

what the best video card i can get for arouond $250? i see a bunch on newegg but i dont know anything about video cards. all i need it for is gaming.

i picked up an ATI 9600XT from newegg a couple months back for 100 shipped. very nice for gaming.
