Default Got a ticket

So i was driving and keeping up with the flow of traffic on the way to work. Anybody from this area knows that driving on 476 usually equates to the flow of traffic being around 80. So my exits coming up so i get over a lane then i switch over to the next lane...I didnt jump from the left lane all the way to the right...i stepped over cus i saw the cop behind me.

So the cop starts to drive fast behind me so i get in the middle lane to let him by....all the time using my turn signals....

He then jumps behinds me and throw on the flashers...heres how it went down

Him: License & Registration
Me: What was i doing officer
Him: You were speeding well over 85 and you were weaving in and out of traffic.
Me: Sir can i see the radar gun
Him: LICENSE AND REGISTRATION SIR!

So i gave it to him

He comes back...

Him: Im gonna give you a break and not give you a ticket for speeding but just for careless driving.

The ticket reads....
Def. did drive with careless disregard for the safety of person by weaving in and out of traffic at an excessive speed (80 - 85 MPH)
It's a $105.50 ticket and it carries 3 points. I know i didnt switch lanes the way he was making it seem. But i also know that most people who take take these things to court end up on the bad end of the stick. So i dont mind just paying the damned thing to get it past me...i just dont want the points involved with it as i see i didnt do anything particularly wrong.

What do you guys think?
