Postal Service Question
So for my mom and dads anniversary, i bought them some tickets to the Aerosmith/Lenny Kravtiz show in february. Now, I still live with them, and I want these tickets to be a surprise, but they are coming in the mail. Can I go down to the post office and ask them to hold only my mail for the next couple of weeks? I still want my parents and the rest of my family's mail to come to my house, but can the post office hold mine, or can they only hold the entire households?
If it's addressed to you, you have nothing to worry about. They can't go through your mail, as it's against the law.
And the tickets aren't going to be exposed or anything, so they won't know what it is, anyways.

You sure can.... Put in a hold for your mail only.

with the risk of the P.O. screwing something up and ticketmaster not reissuing tickets ... I'd just let the letter be delivered. If they ask, say ...
"the tickets are for some concert."
the end.

Well if it says "ticket master" and is addressed to me, my mom will ask me what it is for. She won't open it, but she might get the idea of what it is since her and my dad have been talking about going to this concert for the last couple of weeks. I'd just rather not risk them having any sort of idea. I guess that I'll head down to the post office today and see what they can do...
