unless you use a really good case from the moment you take the ipod out of its packaging, it'll get scratched. there's almost no way around it
ahahahaha i cut off a sleeve on my old under armour and sewed one end and used that as my protective sleeve for my mini... before it got stolen

I still don't have an iPod. I like the nanos, black FTW, but want the space of a 60 gig... How many songs can the nanos hold?

I'm hopingish to get one for Christmas but I doubt it. I'm getting docks for my XM radio, a $200 tool kit since I have no tools, a torque wrench, and a impact hammer...At least thats what I asked for...

How much are Nanos anyway?

$199 500 songs
$249 1000 songs

those numbers are smaller if you have alot of high bitrate music :happysad:

How much music do you really listen to on any single walk, drive, or whatever?

I have found 2gigs to be perfect for around town driving or if I have to catch a flight for a couple days.

I was looking at iPods with my parents recently and I was all over the Nano and Video models. So later in the week my dad asks me what I want for x-mas and I tell him the 30gb black ipod. and he goes, "Oh... the other one already shipped. shit." Apparently he bought a 4gb white nano. So right then he ordered the one I told him about. :wavey: x-mas surprise. But he said he's gonna keep the nano for himself, probably. heh

I just hope mine won't get scratched. I hate scratches

The only way to guarantee this is to never take it out of the box.
