update - so throughout the day today i could keep feeling the horrible pain (just a deadened version). everytime i push my stomach out i can feel a sharp stabbing pain. everytime i eat something it feels like the horrible pain is going to come back, yet it kind of subsides.

have you thought about seeing a doctor?

if i was having continuing pain like that i would definitely be taking a trip to the ER.
