if the pain is in the upper abdomen. radiates between your shoulder blades under the right shoulder u may have gallbladder problems.. severe pain nausea sweats..can be scary..if u have eaten alot of fatty foods and this occurs with in 30 mins after eating.. it can last about 30 mins to several hours depending on the cause.. bile duct spasm or a gall stone moving or getting stuck in the bile duct at the liver..

I woke up this morning with a horrible pain in my stomach and I felt like I was going to puke. Suddenly my mouth started making all that spit and you know that feeling where you're about to puke and all of sudden you start tasting your spit and it's so weird. I went to the sink and knelt over it for like 15 minutes just groaning it was horrible. i still feel bad. it may have been a combination of ham, mayo, mustard, swiss cheese, and potato bread i had last nite?
