I could not find it anywhere in my states code chapter list.

 

In Florida you can change lanes without blinkers...but if you're making like a left or right hand turn then you have to use them

 

I was just curious, because a state patrol just got all over my ass like i did something wrong. That was the only thing i could figure i did wrong was not signal a lane change.

 

In most states it is illegal

 

i think it is in GA and NC, not sure about other states, but imo its pretty lame NOT to use your signal when youre switching lanes... unless of course youre one of those a.holes who thinks its just waaaaay too much trouble and that its "cool" not to
