Is it illegal to change lanes without a signal(blinker)?

most PA drivers disregard using signal to change lanes.

I am guilty of not using my signals...especially when on the highway....only time i do is when im close to another car and im getting ready to cut them off

my mom changes lanes with the blinker going the opposite direction!!! i witnessed it twice!

i especially love when i'm accelerating to pass a line of cars on the highway, then without warning (re: signal), one of the cars in the line pulls out in front of me :angry:

i HATE that.

I'm in the habit so I always signal. Except in parking lots...That annoys me.. Same with those damn stop signs in the parking lot. If I see nobody coming I go.
