As a girl who has had guy friends try to cross that line, it does make it weird. If she really liked you, she probably would have made a move already. If you do tell her you like her and she doesn't, you will have to show her that you two can still be friends without you trying to ever hook up with her again. If you can do that, it's all good. If not, expect not to have a friend anymore. Honestly, I think she looks at you as a friend.
