workout question

when you do military presses with the barbell, try bringing it down lower (almost touching your chest).

i strongly recommend dumbell presses too (or "arnold" presses).

for the sides, use dumbells. fronts are overkill if you're already doing military presses and dumbell presses.

for traps i do i one set of shrugs with dumbells and another with the olympic bar.

i concur.

when you do your shoulder exercises, concentrate on relaxing every muscle except the ones required for the exercise.

front or back?

This is my shoulder workout:

Military press
Front dumbbell raise
Side lateral dumbbell raise
Rear lateral dumbbell raise

Traps:
Barbell shrugs
Upright rows

Form is key.

Military press should be done to the front.
