The mutant guy? YOu mean Tiny (Matthew McGrory)? He was only in the one short scene because he had injured his foot during filming. So when you see him in the later part where he goes back into the house, it is a stuntman up until he takes the mask off then it is McGrory from there.
BTW McGrory ended up passing away shortly after filming wrapped up of "natural causes" but at 7 foot plus it is not surprising he passed so young.

oh btw, did they have a different actress play the mother character? She didnt look like the same lady as in House of 1000 Corpses (but then again I watched a ripped version on my computer). My favorite part of the movie had to be the very end, while freebird was playing.
