Yes, also for HDTV down the road. This will mainly be my gaming/television tv. Once I get my house I will be constructing a movie room with a projector and 6-8 person seating.

I have to contact my cable supplier about getting an hdtv box, I can't get satelitte due to the position of my apartment

Sure, come thru

Picture of Evil Dead: Regeneration on Xbox at 720p. Camera doesn't capture the full detail but gives an idea.

I found them the other day, 16.99 for the component and 15.99 for the audio 8ft and they look to be good quality. Then I found a good quality phillips set at walmart with the video and audio together for $25.99.

thnx for the tip tho

My roommate bought this tv. First he bought the 26" because the 32" was $1800 (he wanted two years 0% interest). Realized it was too small, went to buy the 32" and it dropped $100 in price. On top of that, we were in Best Buy this weekend (Saturday) and the price dropped another $80 so he had it price matched.

Overall, the Samsung seems like a good set for the price. Football is super clear only issue is that my TiVo is not HD
