I eat 5 times a day, in addition to my weight lifting routine.
morning: cereal w/ banana cut up in it and pb&j or eggs, sausage, toast
snack: something light, usually preztel sticks (unsalted)
lunch: chicken, meat, salad
sack: again, something light
dinner: eat pretty much whatever i want within reason

hey, i have the same problem. it was very hard for me to consume anything in the mornings without having awful effects afterwards. also, i will never touch milk because thats one item that will enhance the ill effects. in high school and college, i would substitute a can of soda for breakfast, and that was not a good idea.
for about the past 6months, i have been eating a cup of Kashi GoLean or Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal. I eat it dry (no milk). I munch on it after i wake up and then finish in the car on the way to work. I have a bottle of water on me all the time, and when i get to work, I eat a banana and/or orange, apple, pear. that holds me off til lunch, and lunch i usually eat unhealthy--instant foods+high sodium isnt good. but what can i do. so i try to minimize that meal and down lots of water. a couple hours after that i munch on a fiber bar and if i have fruit, i'll eat one. then for dinner i have something light, non threatening.
oh, and i've been taking multi-vitamins. most recently, i've been taking 'enhanced energy--full spectrum multiple' ..
but yah, my system is very volatile

Don't eat high sugar items.
Try some fruit, cereals like oatmeal, or something but breakfast is very important especially during a workout regiment.
Just imagine it this way....if you went 12 hours during your normal day without eating how would you feel? Sleeping slows the bodies processes down but it does not stop them, so when you wake up you need fuel for your body to burn or it begins cannibalizing itself. The first thing the body begins using is muscle and not fat (contrary to popular opinion) which basically means you are working against yourself by not keeping your body fed well.

Yes you need to eat breakfast, I eat two
And like Nightshade said, if your body does not have fuel, it is going to take the stuff that is the heaviest first, being muscle. You definitely need to eat, it will help you out a lot, and I am sure your metabolism will pick up also.
