Does anyone else run an itrip in their car? I always feel like if i turn my ipod off, and then come back, its always dead.

iTrip is a piece of shit to begin with..........get some type of aux connection or an adapter from the company that makes your head unit

Pat mine was acting real funny lately. I wouldent even turn on, and if it did it wouldent play any songs. I just messed around it with charging it, and it still wouldent work. When ipod finally recoginzed it, it made me update something, and then it started to work again. Just keep playing with it man

I have the iTrip and I just have the iPod plugged in so that when I turn my car on, it turns the iPod on...You just have to remember to turn the iPod off or else it will keep playing heh.

i figured out that one way to turn off the iTrip is to go back to your playlist before turning off the ipod, that usually work. if you just turn it off in the current song menu, it doesnt turn off the iTrip. and it'll just suck the juice out of your ipod.

I bought my ex an itrip and i would just disconnect it when we got out of her car.
