I had a friend who was riased male but had XXY sex chromosomes...XX being typical female and XY being male, she felt like a girl, so I dont see what the big deal is really. You guys are too uptight.

Well I would remain friends but make it clearly known that all it would ever be is friends.
Now if I was dating this person before I found out and was told during the relationship I would probably never want to see the person ever again since the entire relationship was based on a lie........besides I am not gay and regardless of the sex change the person is still male in my opinion.

I don't think I would be able to maintain the relationship on a romantic, but more on a platonic level.

However, if a person wants to do stuff to their body, they should be able to, because it's theirs and not mine/yours.
