Well I would remain friends but make it clearly known that all it would ever be is friends.

Now if I was dating this person before I found out and was told during the relationship I would probably never want to see the person ever again since the entire relationship was based on a lie........besides I am not gay and regardless of the sex change the person is still male in my opinion.
