Looks like at some points they weren't coordinated with the 4 wheel steering.

 

You could see a second guy in there stearing the rear (old front) seperate from the rear (new front) at times. It looks like the rest of the time the one driver has two wheels to contend with. Or he has the stearing locked on the rear wheels at times too.
