Well, the only thing I can suggest is to contact the admin Daniel or 94civicex) about what has happened and see if they will give a second chance and help you out.
I am not going to promise anything at all but you may be able to work something out so that the warning points are gone and if it happens again then action is taken as is needed on our end to deal with it. Technically no one has to do this because it is your responsibility to see that your username is not abused or used by another person, but this has happened in the past and it has been worked out.

I do try to protect my PC, I have changed the password I cant tell you how many times. I don't know how he gets around it? Windows shouldnt even come up when you dont give the password. He knows more about this than I do I guess.
