I am not going to promise anything at all but you may be able to work something out so that the warning points are gone and if it happens again then action is taken as is needed on our end to deal with it. Technically no one has to do this because it is your responsibility to see that your username is not abused or used by another person, but this has happened in the past and it has been worked out.
