Haven't heard about any free garages but I believe that they were trying to expand parking as much as possible. They do have a free "bike parking" at the Municipal Services Building for those who want to "Bike the Strike". However, it is in the middle of where I work and live so it is not worth it but my company told me to feel free to bring my bike upstairs and into the office.

I must say that I kind of enjoy watching the mess that is the ramp to 676 West while walking to work. Makes me feel better about walking.

Okay guys.. thanks for the tips. I have a rental so getting around is no biggie. I actually drove into the city earlier today... Ran up the stairs at the museum of art and did the whole rocky thing.. Then went to ginos and pats and had one there (yeah it was a 4 outa 10, but its all free so eh), then went to check out all the history (Independence Hall, Liberty Bell Etc.) and had a couple drink at Pddys right before the 95 exit off race st. Back onto 95 north which wasnt too bad. If you think your traffic is bad with this strike, don't ever drive in LA. hahahah LA HAN-ERs.

I have maybe another 2 hours of dic. review tomorrow morning and after that I'm free till my flight which leaves at 7.

If anyone wants to have a meal or a drink before I fly, I'd love to meet you awesome people.
email me if you want to hang or are available and I'll give you my #.

PA is "OK USA!!!"

D.C. traffic is far worse than Philly. Philly is an issue of a poor infrastructure while D.C. (and I assume L.A. as well) is due to high population density.

Not really, it is a give or take city. It is nice to live in a city environment, but I think there are at least 5 other cities I would try and live in over this one, at this point in my life.

Ironically enough, I had an ex that ruined this city for me for a while and her name was Meredith. Ask FatBooty about her...
