Philly is very walkable, just come down (after rush hour with the SEPTA mess) park around city hall and enjoy walking it.
- Walk through independence mall (5th & Market area)
- Walk the Parkway (art museum, franklin institute, other various points of interest)
- Go to the restaurants in the area
The only thing thats going to suck about driving into center city is the parking...trying to find it..and paying for it

As long as you drive in around 7:00 you should be fine. That seems to be when all the CC traffic has subsided.

true story about jae.

and Center City traffic subsides around 7pm? I think not! I can't count the number of times I head down to Philly and get stuck in traffic off 676 onto broad.

Aint really much to see here in philly specially since most of the stuff is best seen by catching the bus...but since Public Trans is down..that wont do you much good.
I'm sure Jay can't wait to get his hands on something big, cheap, and gooey from a guy named louie

Well with the strike, at 7:00 is when traffic goes from gridlock, to a normal pace.
