I guess we have all the glands and hormones we need. Women have larger glands and are predisposed to produce milk after giving birth. But a women who adopts and has never had a child can produce milk after enough stimulation. I guess there are accounts of men breast feeding their babies in remote areas when the mother has been killed. Most people don't know about it because men don't try it because there is no need. I'd have to ask a doctor about it cause it still sounds weird to me.....
