just did a little research on the internet and I guess men can produce milk if they really want to... All it takes is enough stimulation over a period of time and men can start producing milk. I guess we have all the glands and hormones we need. Women have larger glands and are predisposed to produce milk after giving birth. But a women who adopts and has never had a child can produce milk after enough stimulation. I guess there are accounts of men breast feeding their babies in remote areas when the mother has been killed. Most people don't know about it because men don't try it because there is no need. I'd have to ask a doctor about it cause it still sounds weird to me.....
