yup they can... and it a pretty expensive ticket to have a detector... not sure how much tho

I thought they had a belkin radar (x35?) maybe that would detect lazer and jam the first reading. And in most states (I heard) the officer has to hit you twice with a laser in order to ticket you and the radar disables itself so the police officer can get a 2nd reading.. That way theres time in between to slow down? :dunno: anyone hear of this?
