i installed 2 programs a while back that were design to allow old DOS games to run smoother on XP systems. one didn't work so i deleted it, the other worked and when i stopped playing i deleted that as well.

why not just replace the command.exe file?

anyone with windows xp should be able to send it to you. just throw it back in the directory where it belongs.
