My younger brother did that all the time... he tripped, but he's a small guy with a fast metabolism, so that's expected. A friend of mine did it once in college, and he wrote some of the weirdest poetry I've ever read on that stuff h:

 

I can't believe that people can actually get a buzz on that crap. I was taking it for pain and it barely did anything.

 

When I had dry socket after getting my wisdom teeth pulled, it really helped take a bit of the edge off the pain... Though, the first night the dry socket kicked in it hurt like a mofo, so I took 1500mg of it, and that caused me to have odd dreams... but that's about it.

 

Vicodin (and percocet, and a bunch of other painkillers) are opiates. They make you feel kinda nice. By themselves you don't get much of a buzz, but when mixed with some other stuff they provide an enhancing effect. But yeah that's not particularly safe so attempt at your own risk.

 

That reminds me of the south park episode where the whole school was getting high on cough syrup :chuckles:
