Here is my standard back stretch e-mail I send out
I have some back exercises/stretches that should help you with your back pain. I had a had a herniated disk that was really bad and needed to go to Physical therapy for a few years back. Here are the exercises that I did and still do every now and then. They helped me recover 100% and anytime I feel tightness in my back I do them.

1. The1st one and my favorite one because it worked the best for me. Lay on the floor face down. Then while laying place your hands and feet like you are going to do a push up. keep your lower body all the way to your waist down on the floor. Push up with your hands until you are in an angle such as this \_ . Go only as far as you can. When it starts to hurt stop at that point. You can go further later on. When you get to your stopping point, hold that position for 10 seconds to start with. You can do this for 15-30 seconds when you get use to this. Do this repeatedly. (at first only do it a few times until you get used to this exercise). This exercise strengthens as well as stretches the back.

2. Lay on your back on the floor. Have your feet facing a wall. Get close to a wall so that you can place your heel of your foot up the side of the wall, the higher the better. This exercise stretches the back.

3. Get a pull-up rod to hang in your doorway. Use this to hang and stretch out your back. You will feel and hear your back cracking. This stretches the back.

These three things should help a lot. Let me know how they go and if you have any questions.

my workouts consist of lifting heavy weight, lower reps to build muscle mass. ive been doing arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and abs. doing one body part a day. ive gained about 5 lbs so far! wooohoo!
Yes welcome to the crew. Keep up the good work and let us know how you are progressing.

throw down some serious dosage of ibuprofin.

when you are comfortable enough to walk to a car and sit down, have somebody drive you to your doctor.

they will prescribe some serious shit to ease the pain or refer you to a bone crusher.
yeah some more info on what the pain is, where it is in the back, and if you were doing any heavy lifting or were in any weird positions to cause this?

I wanna join too!

I've already started but I am bulking up at first

High weight, low repition.

I'm on a strict diet:
250g protien
150g carbs
20-50g fat (3-10 of which is sat/trans)

On a good day this is achieved through 3 protien shakes and 2 good protien meals. Carbs just manage to come along with it.
