we're doing our best to pretend as though nothing big is going on but we are both pissed about his childish behavior and he has our nerves worked over the thought that he might not finish and then we have to pay somebody else.

and if my floor has to come up - so much as one 2x2 octagonal tile - there is gonna be fury like hell has never produced uprising from me to him.

 

You could always burn his house down and hope he moves instead of rebuilding it. :chuckles:

and then "ill say sure i dont mind" but damn when i "accidentally" forget a very key detail, ill be pissed at you and its your fault because i should've known that on my own, what were you thinking "oh and here's the bill, pay me but i probably wont come fix my f-up"

so anyway, holly and i are going to risk our lives tonite by going over as rational adults to explain to him that we will happily pay him once he fixes his error. hopefully all goes well and we make it out alive

update time

so last nite Holly and I mustered up the nerve to go talk to him. we get over and he is in the garage. at first it was a little tense and he explained the bill to us but then we just kept talking. he is going to come over and finish the job and whatever funk he had, he seems to be over it. we hung out for more than an hour, it was a relief.

then i went and tiled some more :run:

its a disease, i swear. when i finished tiling the bathroom, i was wondering what else i had in the house that i could tile :ugh:

 

Glad you resolved it, but don't let that stop you from cutting cookies on his lawn with your Ram.
