Dammit, the sausage exploded in my eye...this stuff should come with a warning! Do I rinse for 15min in cold water? raw meat in the eye stings a bit.

Okay, you’ll need parks sausage in the frozen section.1 roll should be enough for two. Onions,butter,bread,celery & the secret ingredient (bells seasoning).First remove crust from bread & shred pieces into small sections, let sit overnight and go stale. Next fry sausage in pan (break into small pieces). Melt butter 1 or 2 sticks depending on how much bread your using, add onions to pan (cut into small pieces of course) & cut up celery. Cover and simmer on low until celery is soft (maybe 20 min.)Add salt, pepper & bells seasoning to taste and mix everything together. add more butter if bread is too dry.
