Anybody know how the fvck to "rip" songs into mp3's using ITunes? I have been playing with it for two days and can't figure it out.

if you cant handle searching, you probably wont be able to rip them easily using winamp

Do a search under the file format I think it's wma or wmv...not sure because I refuse to use iTunes.

On a PC

1. Edit > Preferences

2. select the advanced tab, then the importing tab

3. Change the "Import Using:" to MP3

Now when you import from CD's, they will be in MP3.

If you want to convert current songs you have to MP3, right click on them and select "Convert Selection to MP3"

I stick with AAC since it is a better compression.
