Now when you import from CD's, they will be in MP3.
If you want to convert current songs you have to MP3, right click on them and select "Convert Selection to MP3"
I stick with AAC since it is a better compression.

What is the "AAC" format? Also, can you change the bitrate on ITunes, because on musicmatch you can.

You can change the bitrate with iTunes. You do it on the same tab (listed above) that you change file types.
