I am no paint expert, but if you just spray in thin layers and allow for the proper in between time, you should be ok. :dunno:

you are no expert, but that is exactly what you should do.

You are paying a minimum price probably based on set up and clean up hours with a minimum of X number of hours. I know when I did some stuff with my remodeling I charged a minimum of 4 hours @ $54/hr. even if it only took me half an hour from start to finish, afterall I had the tools, the truck, and the skill.

The first coat you're supposed to spray a light mist over the entire surface then go thicker for the rest. 24" away for the first coat, 8" after that. I was told to wait 15 so I would wait 17 to be sure it was good. Don't wait too long though.

ok...well I re-sprayed it and this morning 630am i used some sandpaper to sand down that corner. Imma have to sand more down though. Then re-apply primer etc......

Its coming out pretty good. I cant wait until I apply the clear coat.
Then im going to follow those steps ^^ to do the wetsanding....
Should be done before friday at least.

yep yep...and it looks like im getting what i paid for.

I had my eye lids painted for 70 bucks and they came out great.
My friend got his lip kit painted for 180 and it didnt come out as great as my eye lids.

So sometimes you really dont get what you paid for.

Lip kit is bigger than your eye lids so I'd assume it'd be more, all things being equal h:
