i can wait until 1pm to break my fast no matter how early i wake up
sometimes i can wait until 5pm or so

then theres people i know that get hungry in the morning and i dont think ive ever felt like that

theres 3 women i know like that and they get headaches if they dont eat
half a mcdees cheeseburger will make it better for them

 

i've woken up @ 7am and fasted until 9:30pm.

 

Not me. Not anymore anyway. I used to be like an alley cat before my metabolism took a dump.

i can wait til lunch too, but im starving every morning when i wake up... i usually bring breakfast from home and eat it at my desk when i get to work.

 

Yeah man. You know.... if you throw an alley cat a peice of food he'll eat it like .02 seconds flat. Like it might be the last bit he'll ever get and he's afraid that another cat will get it or fight him over it.

I haven't used that one in a while.

 

I tend to wait till lunch time or later if I am around town. If I am on location I have to eat as soon as I get up, and I tend to stack up for the long day.

 

If I eat breakfast it totally screws me up. But 2 meals a day is enough for me.
