Naw. I haven't an MRE since we drove up to Baghdad. They do usually curb one appetite though.

Unless you're 18 and really active. I've seen young people go through a whole damn box in like... not very much time.

If I eat late, like right before I go to sleep, then I get hungry in the morning.
I always try to eat breakfast, though...it's good for you.
