considering you need staples and a paperclip, I think we need a list of items that are within your surroundings.. Using the assumption thats its a college dorm room...

for the staple, rip the paper slightly and fold in a criss cross shape, interweave the paper so they have a pseudo staple.. for the paper clip.. uhh.. make a clamp out of beer bottle caps, using a rubber band as tension.. if its not available a condom should suffice.

just find something that is already stapled and take the staple out of that and manually put in on the things you want stapled. Not that hard lt.

 

put the papers together, fold the top left corners down together, about a 1/2 inch. From that fold, tear a little slit in both sides, and fold the little slit the opposite way.

Duct tape has kind of a short lifespan though.

I'd use superglue.... by the gallon!

went to the library and stapled the papers, then clipped the 2 packets together, turned it in ftw.

 

unstaple old paper and reused that staple... just poke thru and fold easy!
