Default Organizing storage shelving in my closet

I'm organizing the storage shelving in my closet since the clothes that I had on the shelves have become very unorganized due to the fact that when you try to get an item from one of the areas everything around it gets messed up or moved and then after a while everything is just a mess. The shelving unit that I have is like this:

Any ideas how I can organize my t-shirts, jeans and sweaters in a way that they won't get messed up every time I pull one of them out? Thanks.

you can use something like this:

$10 a per unit @ target. when folded, longer clothes can stick out of the back.

Andrew, they are 14 1/2 inches deep. They are plenty deep for shirts, sometimes I think it may be too deep.

:eh: sure doesn't look like it.

Make sure to put your heaviest stuff at the bottom, that way it wont tip over.

That would be fine if I was just storing them and not using them. Also, space is not an issue, I have plenty of room to fit those clothes, the problem is keeping them organized.

I have those shelves in my office! They're not too sturdy so don't put anything heavy in there!

I'd say just don't STUFF each cube full - only put like 4-5 shirts in there or something. As for pulling shirts out and not messing up the others - just be careful!
