Workout Squad Update
Well i started full force last tuesday. Tue-Fri,Sun i was at the gym. Each day i was on the excercise bike for a half hour and sat in the sauna for 20-30min. I would work upper body tue-thu-sun and lower body wed-fri.
Yesterday i did the excercise bike for an hour and kept it above 80rpms and i went in the sauna for 15 min.
After a week of that....ive lost 6lbs
Im now working on the ab machines hard...not stopping till i feel my stomach muscles are going to explode.
How is everyone else doing

Jae sounds like you are doing an awesome job. Keep up the good work. How has your back been holding up? How has your eating been? What exercises have you been doing?

rofl, i havent seen a workout thread in ages...
o well.. i used to work out, then i stopped because i was stupid.. now i need to start doing cardio cause i'm getting fat and i dont want the girl to dump me

My workouts have been going well. I have seen a lot of good progress. I am constantly getting compliments, even from people I see almost every day so I guess the changes have really been happening.
My eating has been a lot better too. Been bringing my lunch in just about every day of the week which I think has been a huge factor.

:bowdown: Gotcha But basically im still working on my eating habits
In the morning i have a coffee....lunch its usually tuna fish...then its off to the gym...where im usually there for about an 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours...and then i go home...i usually have a burger made on the george foreman or a hotdog.
