Well i started full force last tuesday. Tue-Fri,Sun i was at the gym. Each day i was on the excercise bike for a half hour and sat in the sauna for 20-30min. I would work upper body tue-thu-sun and lower body wed-fri.
Yesterday i did the excercise bike for an hour and kept it above 80rpms and i went in the sauna for 15 min.
After a week of that....ive lost 6lbs
Im now working on the ab machines hard...not stopping till i feel my stomach muscles are going to explode.
How is everyone else doing
