i just reformatted my desktop... everythings cool now
but the comp lags/stutters, when a webpage is loading... for example..
ill turn on winamp.
then when i click on mozilla.
then ill go to ha.net or some other forum, and my winamp starts stuttering.
same thing happens if i use win media plyr.
also, during the "loading" of the webpage, even my mouse cursor has a delayed reaction :happysad:

help?

Did you have this problem before you formatted? List specs of said computer, I'm interested in seeing the RAM and sound card specs.

Check if you have latest directx drivers
video,audio drivers.

Its gonna be a tad slow initially because your pc hasnt cached any information since you reformatted it. ( i.e: internet browsing )
