Yahoo has the most reliable live updates. It's not really a live update, just a page that refreshes every 30 seconds, but it works better than the live update shit on ESPN or CBS Sportsline.

^^The one on NFL.com is pretty good, it updates itself after each play and has a drive summary for each down.
