so i just got shot at
boulder: about 1 murder a year, almost always a crime of passion. A few campus rapists, but I don't have to worry about that. There isn't a place in this town I couldn't skip down the street in a pink thong cursing like a sailor in the middle of the night.
This isn't a metropolitan suburb, I live in the middle of downtown.
At my building I park in the underground garage, and to be honest I'd be a bit hesitant to leave it on the street with the top down just because I feel like some random drunk kid might puke or pee in it. Such is the cost of living in the happenin drinking partying part of town.
Aside from that though, pretty much anywhere I go I've got no worries about someone messing with my car while it's parked.
