yep so there is nothing for me now 
"they arent giving any raises at this time" but they are glad that i am concerned about not moving up and they want to keep me here so my boss is waiting for the message she is supposed to relay to me.
here is the message she can relay to them :madfawk: not to the left, not to the right, but right in the middle is where you can kiss it if you dont produce something for me before i find something else.
