Default grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

After $69 on a new main relay (pgm-fi)...the Vigor is still lifeless. I got full power to everything. Put the keys in and turn, radio dims but all other lights remain on after the SRS light goes off and "clicks (1x)". I'm not sure if I noticed it before or not but now the ABS light stays on even after waiting a few secs.

I'm thinking theres a bad ground but I can't find it for the life of me.

Ah wtf, I thought for sure that'd fix it. Is the engine cranking at all?

Edit: If it is, do this shit:

STARTER VOLTAGE TOO LOW, CURRENT TOO HIGH
Undercharged battery.
Starter armature commutator segments open circuit.
Dragging starter armature.
Shorted armature wiring.
Excessive engine drag.

ENGINE SPEED DURING CRANKING IS ABOVE 100 RPM
Loose battery terminals.
Loose starter terminals.
Excessively worn starter brushes.
Commutator segment open circuit.
Dirty or damaged helical spline or drive gear.
Faulty drive gear overrunning clutch.

STARTER DRIVE GEAR DOES NOT DISENGAGE FROM FLYWHEEL RING GEAR
Faulty solenoid plunger.
Faulty solenoid switch.
Dirty or damage overrunning clutch.

^I will try running through that process in the next week or two. Looking at the chart just gives me headaches. h:

To answer your other questions I'm not getting any action from the starter/engine at all. I was getting the 2 clicks before but today when I get home I try to start it before doing any work, and now only get 1 click. And the ABS light stays on. What gives?? Even after changing the relay, same thing. One click, and nothing. The radio dims but all other lights remain on.
