I think that an integra is overall a better car than a Jetta for many of the resons stated above...but I will have to agree with TeggerLS that Jetta's do have much better interiors than integras....that is of course until the lights in the jetta stops working and for some strange reason the jetta's glove box wont shut :fawk:

yeah the glove boxes have a problem in cold climate's. I think it has to do with the grease vw uses on the geared hinge, if you push it closed too fast when it's cold it will break the plastic gear/hinge and fuxor ur glovebox h:

Vw's are good cars for ppl who know about cars and how to repair them. Got to pay to play.

Exactly my point. I've sat in a few Jetta's, the front is decent. The rear is just silly. I'm about 5'9" and my head is pressed up against the roof, my legs are all bunched up, pretty much no different that sitting in the back of a coupe.

I've also seen the glovebox issue in a few cars. In general, I like VW's, but their overall quality needs to be impoved. Oh, that and whoever designed their new Jetta needs to be fired.

I think the new 7th gen civics AND the last gen Jetta's interiors both felt cheap. I like the interior of the 5th and 6th gen civics, and also the jettas from 2 generations ago and before.

I think in general, the car companies tried to make more $ and interiors suffered because of it in recent years.

:dunno: i love my gf's jetta except that if i drive it for more than an hour or 2, i need to get out and stretch my back.

its a lot of fun to drive and i think the quality is fine. they take some getting used to cuz they dont drive anything like integras but once you learn to feel the car out, its a ton of fun.

Stock MKIV's handle like shit. Throw in a decent suspension and you're good to go.

I'd take a 1.8T over a Civic or Non-R/GSR Teg.
