Anyone have any good/interesting recipes for chicken salad? I wanna make some tonight to bring to work for the rest of the week.

The cafeteria here makes a good buffalo chicken salad but idk how to make that.

I'm talking about chicken salad as in the stuff you make sandwiches with.

Get some chicken, mayo, chives or green onions, walnuts, dried cranberries, celery. Chop the celery, cranberries and walnuts to about 1/2-1/4 the size of a pencil eraser, chop your onions or chives. Lowreys seasoning salt, Tony's (Tony Chachere, cajun spice, optional)

It may sound sort of funky with the cranberries, but my wife made some yesterday, and it is the best chicken salad I have ever had in my life

mmmm....

get some chicken tender loins at the store, or frozen chicken breasts and cut up into thin strips.

Franks Red Hot, wich a smidge of vinegar (that's a secret shhhhh)

cook chicken, and cover with your sauce

make salad of your preference i use: leaf lettuce(waaaay better than iceberg lettuce), cucumbers, bean sprouts, chopped onions, finely chopped bananna peppers, and i go very, very light on the italian dressing

toss salad w/ chicken and enjoy
