Default Sushi lovers... do you know sushi etiquette?

Let me start off by saying, i'm obsessed with sushi. I started with california roll, and then moved on to tuna, and now i'll try just about anything. I got my Girlfriend into it, and we eat @ the same sushi bar every friday night. We love it...

Now last night I was watching Food Network and they had a Sushi show on, about sushi etiquette, history and much more...

I always wondered if we were ordering correctly and ''eating" correctly, but i was wondering if everyone knows their sushi etiquette or do they not care...

This weekend i'm going to try Nirgiri for the first time

Tip #1: One bite. If you try to make 2 bites out of nigiri your world will become a land of pain and suffering.

youre really sposed to eat sushi with your hands and not chopsticks

everything that comes with your sushi (turnips?, ginger, mint leaf) is edible

I hate it when people use a pint of soy sauce and about a pea size amount of wasabi.

It's supposed to be a paste!

Technically, you're not supposed to eat the ginger with the sushi, but then it's ultimately your choice.
