id be too scared that they find some disease in my blood.
I aint never givin blood, gettin shots does not scare me, but talkin about blood donations always makes me feel light headed.

Welll just got back....and they didnt take my blood. My blood pressure is 160/100 and i had a high pulse of 108/min. I think i might know why but im kinda scared so im gonna see a doctor about it

 

Me too, in Texas I donated every 8 weeks. When I moved to Sacto, I tried to do a directed donation to my wife. They wanted to charge me $500 for the "paperwork", and were going to destroy the blood if they did not use it for my wife. I was surprised, "I must have missed the article about there being a glut of blood." they say, "No there is not, it is just our policy to do it that way." I called and left messages for the guy they told me was the medical director of the blood center, who it turns out resigned like a year ago. I gave blood when I went to Texas, but fuck the blood center in Sacramento.

You were probably just nervous about giving blood, hence the high BP and heart rate, either that or you are smoking too much crack.

 

Nah i just found out that high blood pressure runs in my family. The lady kept asking me was i nervous and i told her no, which i wasnt. But theres alot been going on in my life thats affecting this. Plus my iron was at the bare minimum. I just need things to get back to the way they use to so that i can get back to being healthy
